POSTER PRINTING SERVICE

We appreciate carrying a poster tube on a flight to the UK is not easy, and so we have partnered with Science Posters who will print and deliver your abstract poster to the venue, which can then be collected at registration.

Science Posters provide scientific posters printed onto fabric, so after the event your poster can be folded and taken away with you.

Please be aware that there are no printing facilities at the University of Sheffield, so we recommend using the above service or bring your own printed poster.

Please note that the deadline for using this service is the 17th August 2025. This will allow enough time for Science Posters to print, label and send your poster/s to the ESCoP Organising Team.

Your poster will be available for you to collect from the Poster Registration Desk on your arrival at the conference.​
